INSTRUCTORS
Mickey
​A former Chinese gymnast and World Champion in Acro-Gymnastics, has been a dedicated fitness professional for 24 years. Transitioning from her competitive career in 2000, Mickey has become a versatile trainer, offering a wide range of fitness classes. Today, she specializes in bungee fitness and Pilates, helping clients achieve their fitness goals and recover from injuries. She is very energetic in her classes and utilizes an individualized approach for each client and their abilities.
Jenny
​Jenny is a professional acrobat with 15 years of experience in the field. Born into a traditional acrobatic family, she was majored in various acrobatic disciplines, including somersaults, contortion, and physical sciences of fitness. Her impressive career includes performances in NBA shows and halftime events, as well as appearances on a popular American talent show. Jenny also holds an international certification as a bungee fitness instructor, combining her extensive acrobatic background with a passion for fitness.
